Nostalgia.......
Y'know what I said about wanted a retro arcade one day? I've pretty much got one in my parents attic. There's FAR too much stuff to take to Greenock with me, but I will be taking one thing
It's really cold up there so I didn't finish searching the whole place, but here's a list so far, will update later.
SNES (boxed)
Games: (incomplete list)
F-Zero, Super Mario All-Stars, Mechwarrior.
Peripherals:
Controllers and the Super Game Boy*.
Sega Mega Drive**
Games: (incomplete list)
Streets of Rage 1 & 2, Golden Axe, Road Rash 2, Street Fighter, Sega Soccer, The Revenge of Shinobi, Desert Strike, Jungle Strike, Urban Strike, Sonic 1 & 2 & 3 & knuckles & spinball, Terminator 2, Shadow of the Beast, Altered Beast.
Peripherals:
Ridiculous numbers of controllers, in all variations; joysticks; lightguns; basically everything they made back then, it's in there.
Sega Saturn: (incomplete list)
Games:
Virtua Cop & Fighter & Racing, Sega Rally, Street Fighter, Sega Soccer.
Peripherals:
A couple of controllers and that's it as far as I'm aware
PS1
Games: (incomplete list)
A ridiculous amount. I won't bother typing them all up 'cos like hell can I remember.
Peripherals:
More analog controllers than I could ever use, alongside memory cards
N64 (boxed)
Games: (incomplete list)
Goldeneye, F-Zero X, Lylat Wars, 1080 Snowboarding.
Peripherals:
3 Controllers (possibly more elsewhere), two rumble packs
PS2
Games:
Final Fantasy XII, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (dunno if that's what it's called but I cba googling)
Peripherals:
Stupid amounts of controllers
Xbox (I knew this was up there anyway but might as well mention it)
Games:
Only Halo and Midtown Madness 3
Peripherals:
1 bad condition controller
And last but not least....
Dreamcast
Games:
None
Peripherals:
Not even a controller
TL;DR
I HAVE A DREAMCAST!11!one!11!!!!
Updates to follow regarding what games, what works, etc.
* We also have a Game Boy Original, Pocket, and Advance, though gameless.
** we were kinda Sega fanboys, we've got a mega drive 1, and two mega drive 2's. The original is mine (y)

Re: Nostalgia.......
Well if you are wanting something to take home. There is nothing better than an Arcade box with Pac Man and Space Invaders on it Like every family will have one somewhere.
